Food! It’s not just about the taste but the presentation too. If it looks too good to eat, then even a bad recipe can fool the eater into thinking it tastes delicious. However, you might want to add some sparkle and detail that make the finished product truly an original. Both of my sister's weddings probably saw the best wedding cake designs I have ever seen in my life. The cake decorations were provided by a local bakery and the cake decorating was done by my mother and grandmother. As for the wedding cake topper, it was enough to put a tear into even the most hardened eye. Nothing less than masterpieces, both of them, and it felt like witnessing vandalism when they were finally cut into.

Stencils can be used with the luster dusts, too but this should be reserved for those with steady hands. Edible Color Markers work just like regular markers and can be used to draw cake designs right on the icing or on the cake itself. I like to let the kids create their own designs on cupcakes. This is a great party activity that keeps the kids happy and occupied. It also gives them an opportunity to be part of the cake designs. The finished cupcakes can be arranged on a serving dish and topped with candles.
