Chocolate Gifts from a Chocolate of the month club

I used to dream about one day working in the chocolate factory nearby when, but later thought that that I'd probably eat my way into an early grave if I did. I've since become a member of a Chocolate of the month club which has helped to control my obsession with the cacao beans

But seriously though folks, putting aside all the chocolate cake, the gourmet chocolates, and the chocolate recipe book, I think most will agree that it truly is a wonderful comfort food and tasty treat for the sweet-toothed people in the household. Becoming a member of the chocolate of the month club has done wonders for controlling the habit, as I get just enough to treat the family, and once it's gone, that's it until the next month. No more binge buying at the supermarket for this choc addict.

It is the best day when the package from the chocolate of the month club arrives. Each month there is a different chocolate treat to savor. The club delivers the package each month to your doorstep. At times the chocolate treats are based on a holiday theme, and other times they are just a different kind or variety of chocolate.

In December the club delivered chocolate treats that centered on the Christmas holiday. In February, of course the chocolate treat was celebrating Valentine’s Day in style. That is the nice thing about the selections from the chocolate of the month club; they are not the same types of candies that you see in the stores. Each offering from the club is unique in how it is presented and in its taste.

My husband the kids and I, enjoy these treats so much we've decided to continue with the membership indefinitely, and it has also helped me to moderate my intake of this world favorite sweet. We have actually been surprised to find that there are several chocolate of the month club offerings available. Each club offers different chocolates from different companies and areas of the world. We may even try one of these other chocolate of the month clubs at some point, just to compare it to the one we are currently signed up to, but one thing's for sure, we will always be a member of one club or another.

Each chocolate of the month club has different pricing. Based on what the item is for each month the shipping and handling as well as quantity will vary. Each chocolate of the month club tries to keep the cost consistent from month to month, but because the weight of the chocolate creations varies as well as the cost of the chocolate from various areas in the world, the amount that is received each month is different and the shipping and handling cost vary also.

We always look forward to trying out several of the different chocolates that come our way each month, just to see which ones we like the best. We will then use that program as membership gifts.
