In my opinion there are no ‘healthy’ quick fixes to losing weight. It’s all related to what we eat and how active we are. Indeed, many folks are investing in home gym exercise equipment so they can’t find excuses why NOT to go to the gym. There are those too that have certain conditions and cannot seem to lose weight using food and exercise no matter what regime they follow. But for most of us that want to lose weight now, the lose-weight-quick methods are not really the way to go, and things like weight loss diet pills are but a temporary fix to a permanent problem. Change your eating habits, get more exercise, and stick with a plan and you'll do just fine! Easy does it - but do it!

The South Beach Diet, like all diets, does not suit everyone. Do a little homework before embarking on any new eating plan.
